How long do I earn commission for?
You earn recurring commission for as long as your referred client keeps paying. Exact rates and schedule are disclosed in your partner agreement after approval.
How do I earn the up-to-25% rate?
The headline 25% is the maximum. Strategic partners who commit to volume or vertical specialisation (legal, healthcare, finance, education) qualify for the premium tier. Apply first — your tier is confirmed after we review your application and referral pipeline.
What happens if a client cancels quickly?
A short clawback window applies for very-early cancellations — commission from an early-cancelled client is reversed on your next statement. The exact window is in your partner agreement. After it passes, commission you've already earned is yours to keep.
Do I see my clients' data?
No — never. Your dashboard shows plan tier and commission amount for anonymised referrals like "Client A001". Client identity, email, usage, conversations: all invisible to partners.
How does billing work?
Pop Hasta Labs bills the client directly via Revolut. You don't handle their payment. We pay you monthly commission on whatever they paid us.
What if my client upgrades?
Your commission increases automatically. We calculate on the full current monthly amount, whatever tier they're on.
Can I offer discounts to my clients?
Not directly — the partner programme is commission-only, not reseller. All pricing goes through Pop Hasta Labs' standard rate card.
