How long does it take to set up?

Can we migrate existing ChatGPT conversations?

There's no direct migration path from personal ChatGPT accounts, because that data belongs to the individual user's OpenAI account. However, your team can start building a governed conversation history from day one on Other Me, and upload existing documents to the shared vault.

Where is our data stored?

All data is stored in UK-based data centres. We do not transfer data outside the United Kingdom. This ensures full compliance with UK GDPR and gives you a clear answer for regulators and clients who ask.

Do you support SSO?

SSO is on our roadmap. Right now, team members are invited by email and log in with their Other Me credentials. We're building SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect support to cover providers like Azure AD, Okta, and Google Workspace — expected in the coming months.

What happens when an employee leaves?

An admin disables their account with one click. All access is revoked immediately. If SCRS is enabled, the encryption keys protecting their data are destroyed, making the content mathematically unrecoverable. The audit trail is retained for compliance.

Can we set policies about what data teams can share with AI?
