What is Other Me?
Other Me is a governed space with specialised AI assistants for family life, learning, wellbeing, and work. They collaborate, keep context, and operate with safety and privacy in mind.

Can I use multiple assistants at once?
Yes. Assign a lead assistant and add others as collaborators. They share context and hand off tasks with your approval, leaving an audit trail.

Privacy & Security

What data do you collect and where is it stored?
We collect the minimum needed to provide the service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with EU/UK residency options. We never sell personal data. You can export or delete your data any time.

Parental controls

How do parental controls work?
Create a family space, choose an age mode (Child, Teen, Adult), and set a parental PIN. Configure topic filters, quiet hours, and review conversation summaries without reading every message.

Schools & organisations

How do teachers oversee AI use without invading privacy?
Teachers get progress snapshots and integrity prompts, not full transcripts by default. Approvals and audit trails are available for sensitive actions.
What governance features do you offer for organisations?
SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, consent logs, export controls, and audit trails. You can set approval rules for handoffs between assistants and limit access by role.

Wellbeing

Do you replace professional mental health care?
No. Our wellbeing assistants provide general guidance and coping tools only. They do not diagnose or treat conditions and are not a medical device. In emergencies, contact local services.

Accessibility

What accessibility features are supported?

How is pricing structured?
Simple monthly plans only—no annual contracts. Family, Education, and Organisation tiers consolidate multiple tools into one governed platform.
Do you offer trials or discounts for schools?
Yes—contact us for pilots and education pricing. We also offer site licences for districts and universities.

Troubleshooting

How do I reset a forgotten parental PIN?
From any trusted device, go to Settings → Family. Use two‑factor authentication to reset your PIN. We’ll confirm via your registered email before changes take effect.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Export. Choose JSON or CSV. To delete, start a deletion request; you’ll receive a confirmation email and a final review screen before irreversible removal.
